Registration & Occupancy Type
Shared Rooms - $2595 USD per person
Two to four people per room, twin beds, with shared bathroom on the same floor. Egyptian cotton bedding, super comfy beds. Invite your crew or request to be assigned a roommate.

Super King Single Rooms w/Shared Bath - $3595 USD per person EARLYBIRD RATE

Any of the rooms shown to the right can be made into a Super King single room. There are two bedrooms per floor, on the second and third floors, each floor with its own bathroom.

Super King Ensuite Single Room - $3995 USD per person EARLYBIRD RATE
For one person: a lower ground level room, separate from living and dining on first floor, with ensuite bath. A superking extra comfy bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.
I will do my best to honor your registration choice, and balance the accomodation to ensure everyone's comfort. I will take into account accessibility and physical challenges when making room assignments. If I cannot fulfill the occupancy type that you selected due to enrollment pairings and/or minimums, I will notify you at least 90 days prior to the retreat. You will be required to either cancel your registration, at which time our Cancellation Policy will apply, or upgrade your registration to another occupancy type (for example, from shared occupancy to a single occupancy).
If you elect to upgrade your registration, you will be charged an Upgrade Fee. The Upgrade Fee is 50% of the difference between your original registration rate and the upgraded registration rate. If, after you have paid the Upgrade Fee, I determine that I'm able to honor your original occupancy request, I will refund you the Upgrade Fee.
Single accommodations include a private room. Shared accommodations are up to four people of the same gender per room. If you request a shared room but do not specify a roommate, I will place you with a same-gender registrant(s). Friends and couples may room together upon request. It is my policy not to put a third person in a room with couples.

Payments
The initial deposit and payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your spot for the retreat.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates communicated in your registration confirmation letter, unless you notify me, the retreat leader, of your cancellation. Your credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance.
Getting There
Flight costs and train fare to Bath are independent of the tuition rate. Airports and travel suggestions will be shared in a private Facebook group once a number of people have registered. Scott's Cheap Flights and Google Flights are excellent resources for finding the right mix of inexpensive and suitable tickets for your needs. Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official confirmation note that the retreat has met its minimums and will proceed.
Travel Insurance
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, the pandemic or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip. Some policies cover COVID-related needs and others offer "cancel for any reason" but do cost a bit more for the flexibility they provide.

Cancellation
The following Cancellation Policy allows me, the retreat leader, to comply with my contracts with vendors and in-country travel partners and covers the time and resources spent in preparing for and arranging this retreat.

Initial $400 deposit and the $50 payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of payments are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat, excluding the initial $400 deposit and the $50 payment processing fee.

89 days prior to the retreat, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment. The $50 payment processing fee is not refundable.

I, the retreat leader, am not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates.
