Triple Room with Hall Bath - $2,695 USD per person for three occupants
Traditional French room with three separate beds and high-quality decor. Well-appointed bath just across the hall.
Double Room with Hall or Ensuite Bath - $2,995 USD per person for two occupants
Classic French room with two separate beds and large windows. Views onto the park outside. Several have ensuite bath, a few with bath just across the hall. ​​
Private Room with Ensuite Bath - $3,295 USD per person
Elegant private room with one larger bed, local art and design decor, as well as antique furnishings. Ensuite bath. ​

Room Type Details
We will do our best to honor your registration choice, and balance the accommodation to ensure everyone's comfort. We will take into account accessibility and physical challenges when making room assignments. If we cannot fulfill the occupancy type that you selected due to enrollment pairings and/or minimums, we will notify you at least 90 days prior to the retreat. You will be required to either cancel your registration, at which time our Cancellation Policy will apply, or upgrade your registration to another occupancy type (for example, from shared occupancy to a single occupancy).
There are two triple rooms available- perfect for friends or siblings/cousins!
Payments
The initial deposit and payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your spot for the retreat.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates communicated in your registration confirmation letter, unless you notify us, the retreat leaders, of your cancellation. In that case, your credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance.
Getting There
Flight costs to France are independent of the tuition rate. Group transport from the Nimes Centre train station (Gare de Nimes) is included, however. Airports and travel suggestions will be shared in a Whatsapp chat once a number of people have registered. Going.com and Google Flights are excellent resources for finding the right flights for your needs. Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official "green light" confirmation note that the retreat has met its minimums and will proceed.
Travel Insurance
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, the pandemic or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip. Some policies cover COVID-related needs and others offer "cancel for any reason" but do cost a bit more for the flexibility they provide.
Cancellation
The following Cancellation Policy allows us, the retreat leaders, to comply with our contracts with vendors and in-country travel partners and covers the time and resources spent in preparing for and arranging this retreat.

Initial $570 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of payments are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat, excluding the initial $570 deposit.

89 days prior to the retreat, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment. The $75 payment processing fee (included in the $570 deposit) is not refundable.

We, the retreat leaders, are not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates.
