Tour Historic Towns near In Sabina: enjoy a guided visit to at least three historic towns near our retreat center. The Sabine Hills are not only history-laden, but overflowing with delectable foods, delightful vistas and divine inspiration. €48pp, lunch separate (lunch €20-40)

Orvieto Day Trip: perched high on a volcanic rock, this Etruscan Umbria town is largely pedestrian, vibrant and free from hordes of tourists. It has a historic duomo, and acclaimed wine. Excellent shopping streets, and seasonal specialty truffle pasta. Organic market runs Thursday mornings. We'll stop for lunch in a local trattoria. €40pp lunch separate (lunch €20-40)

Olive Oil Farm and Aperitivo Night: learn how EVOO is made, tasting from different regions, tour of the farm and "aperi-cena" (dinner of appetizers) with gift bottle of olive oil from the farm. €48pp all inclusive
