Registration & Occupancy Type
Triple Room with Ensuite Bath - $3,595 USD per person for three occupants
Larger soothing design room. Queen bed and pull-out sofa bed. This rate for three people, with two sharing the large bed.
Double Room with Ensuite Bath - $3,795 USD per person for two occupants
Stunning luxury room with unique design elements. Queen bed OR
two twin beds. For two people maximum.
Double Room for Single Use- $4,795 USD for a single occupant
Modern minimalism room. Queen bed OR two twin beds. For two people maximum.
Single Room with Shared Bath - $4,395 USD per person
Stylish private single room with hanging chair outside the door, and a view of pool/sea. Twin bed. For one person.
We will do our best to honor your registration choice, and balance the accommodation to ensure everyone's comfort. We will take into account accessibility and physical challenges when making room assignments. If we cannot fulfill the occupancy type that you selected due to enrollment pairings and/or minimums, we will notify you at least 90 days prior to the retreat. You will be required to either cancel your registration, at which time our Cancellation Policy will apply, or upgrade your registration to another occupancy type (for example, from shared occupancy to a single occupancy).
If you elect to upgrade your registration, you will be charged an Upgrade Fee. The Upgrade Fee is 50% of the difference between your original registration rate and the upgraded registration rate. If, after you have paid the Upgrade Fee, we determine that I'm able to honor your original occupancy request, we will refund you the Upgrade Fee.
Single accommodations include a private room. Shared accommodations are up to three people of the same gender per room. If you request a shared room but do not specify a roommate, we will place you with a same-gender registrant(s). Friends and couples may room together upon request. It is our policy not to put a third person in a room with couples.

Payments
The initial deposit and payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your spot for the retreat.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates communicated in your registration confirmation letter, unless you notify us, the retreat leaders, of your cancellation. In that case, your credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance.

Getting There
Flight costs to the Olbia Costa Smerelda airport OLB) are independent of the tuition rate. Group transport from that airport is included, however. Airports and travel suggestions will be shared in a private Facebook group or Whatsapp chat once a number of people have registered. Going (formerly Scott's Cheap Flights) and Google Flights are excellent resources for finding the right flights for your needs. Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official "green light" confirmation note that the retreat has met its minimums and will proceed.
Travel Insurance
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, the pandemic or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip. Some policies cover COVID-related needs and others offer "cancel for any reason" but do cost a bit more for the flexibility they provide.

Cancellation
The following Cancellation Policy allows us, the retreat leaders, to comply with our contracts with vendors and in-country travel partners and covers the time and resources spent in preparing for and arranging this retreat.

Initial $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of payments are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat, excluding the initial $500 deposit.

89 days prior to the retreat, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment. The $50 payment processing fee (included in the $500 deposit) is not refundable.

We, the retreat leaders, are not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates.
