Registration & Occupancy Type
EARLYBIRD PRICES TIL FEBRUARY 17TH

Family Room, shared bath
- $995 per 2-12 year-old child
- $2,495 USD per adult when shared
- FREE for 0-2 year-old children
Themed with the Elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire). Up to three people per room (usually two adults, and one child in their own bed), with three twin beds that can be together or separate, and shared bath.
Kenya or Zimbabwe Glamping Tent, shared bath
- $2,495 per adult
Fabulously designed glamping tents (see picture this page), which have one twin bed for a solo person, clothes storage and a lamp. Shared bath in the guest house.
Private Room (queen bed), shared bath
- $2,995 USD per adult when shared
- $3,195 when occupied by one person alone.
A lovely Italian-style room with themes like Spirit, Sun and Moon, with a queen bed that can be shared by two adults. A baby cot would also fit in this style room, if needed.​​

We will do our best to honor your registration choice, and balance the accommodation to ensure everyone's comfort. We will take into account accessibility and physical challenges when making room assignments. If we cannot fulfill the occupancy type that you selected due to enrollment pairings and/or minimums, we will notify you at least 90 days prior to the retreat. You will be required to either cancel your registration, at which time our Cancellation Policy will apply, or upgrade your registration to another occupancy type (for example, from shared occupancy to a single occupancy).
If you elect to upgrade your registration, you will be charged an Upgrade Fee. The Upgrade Fee is 50% of the difference between your original registration rate and the upgraded registration rate. If, after you have paid the Upgrade Fee, we determine that I'm able to honor your original occupancy request, we will refund you the Upgrade Fee.
Private accommodations include a private room, with up to two people. Shared/family accommodations are up to three people per room, or a single person in a tent. If you request a shared room but do not specify a roommate, we will place you with a same-gender registrant(s). Friends and couples may room together upon request. It is our policy not to put a third person in a room with couples.

Payments
The initial deposit and payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your spot for the retreat.
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates communicated in your registration confirmation letter, unless you notify us, the retreat leaders, of your cancellation. Your credit card will not be charged for the remaining balance.
Getting There
Flight costs to and train fare within Italy are independent of the tuition rate. Travel assistance and consultation with Dana is included, however. Airports and travel suggestions will be shared in a private chat once a number of people have registered. Going (formerly Scott's Cheap Flights) and Google Flights are excellent resources for finding the right tickets for your needs. Before booking tickets, please be sure you have received your official confirmation note that the retreat has met its minimums and will proceed.
Travel Insurance
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, the pandemic or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $200 per person, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip. Some policies cover COVID-related needs and others offer "cancel for any reason" but do cost a bit more for the flexibility they provide.
Cancellation
The following Cancellation Policy allows us, the retreat leaders, to comply with our contracts with vendors and in-country travel partners and covers the time and resources spent in preparing for and arranging this retreat.

Initial $400 deposit and the $50 payment processing fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of payments are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat, excluding the initial $400 deposit and the $50 payment processing fee.

89 days prior to the retreat, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full tuition is refunded if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment. The $50 payment processing fee is not refundable.

We, the retreat leaders, are not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates.
